1. Master's degree or above; 2. Majors related to metal materials. 3. Possess the ability to design metal material elements and provide research directions for the development of high-performance spring metal materials; 4. Possess the ability to analyze and improve the failure of metal structural components, and provide suggestions and directions for product improvement; 5. Possess testing skills related to metal material composition, metallography, microstructure, and mechanical properties; 6. Familiar with the conventional heat treatment process and surface modification technology of metal materials; 7. Familiar with metal material processing and forming related technologies.
