1.硕士（含硕士）以上学历； 2.金属材料相关专业。 3.具备金属材料元素设计的能力，能够为高性能弹簧金属材料的研发提供研究方向； 4.具备金属结构件失效分析和改进的能力，为产品改进提供建议和方向； 5.具备金属材料成分、金相、微观结构、力学性能相关测试技能； 6.熟悉金属材料的常规热处理工艺和表面改性技术； 7.熟悉金属材料加工和成型相关技术。 1.
