Position DescriptionOur growing Shanghai office is looking for senior and experienced Business Development Managers as well as not so experienced junior Business Development Managers who is keen to be in front of customers. Both must have excellent communication skills, excellent 'hunting' skills and/or solid network of potential clients. Please visithttp://www.avtech.com.au/Careers.aspx for more positions.ResponsibilitiesTo help deliver AVTech's strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:· Develop and 'hunt' for new and strategic client opportunities as per the company objectives and directives;· Dynamic and able to focus on small, medium and large opportunities;· Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs;· Able to present and sell ICT solutions to clients;· Manage new and existing client accounts;· Learning, understanding and embracing AVTech's core solution portfolio and technology strengths;· Ensure a high level of client satisfaction;· Accountable for reducing business risk from day to day activities;· Able to communicate affectively between internal departments, clients and partners;· Travel around Shanghai (and China).

· Skills & ExperienceoSenior BDM: minimum of 5 years ICT sales working experience with list of potential clients (especially foreign companies);oJunior BDM: minimum of 1 year ICT sales working experience;o Excellent communication and written skills in English (Chinese would be advantage);o Basic knowledge of office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Windows.· Qualificationso Candidates with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, English or a discipline to aid in the role described;o Other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage.· Personality Attributeso Professionally presented.
