We are a financial services provider specializing in FX trading. Our business spans markets across the globe with a specific focus on mainland China and SEA. The IT and Networking Support Engineer role will focus on debugging client and corporate connectivity issues, collaborating with senior leadership on ongoing networking challenges, and providing tools to analyze/resolve networking issues. It would be very helpful for candidates to have a strong knowledge of Chinese networking, specifically the nature of the GFW. This role’s responsibilities will primarily focus on public networks and collaborating with our senior management team in mainland China.
