IT Support - Responsible for the day to day running of the IT systems across the China region - Monitor the IT helpdesk system and service the requests in a timely manner - Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues on windows OS machines including a wide range of custom software - Maintain good documentation of on-going issues and technical information - Regular maintenance to ensure smooth running of said systems - Any other duties as assigned by the APAC IT Manager and Director of Operations. - Works closely with remote development team in consideration of data flow between the various systems. - Work with IT group to define and identify system requirements. - Prepares documentation (design documents, data flows, business flows, use cases or user stories) - Working with stake-holders routinely update needs assessment and evaluate systems relative to identified needs, improve efficiency and accuracy within operational and business practices, and propose new development projects that support cost reductions and greater efficiencies. Data Services - Facilitates the transmission of final data and reports to local end customers. - Work with sales and customer service to assist various customers with data analysis and technical issues. - Work with various groups for data reformats/structures for further analysis with software - Works with laboratory, data, and project managers to prepare and implement project plans for ongoing and new system development including; priority, deadlines, potential agile launch schedules. - Liaising with Lincoln data group and data services team to fulfil customer data requests. - With the help of the Lincoln product manager, work with customer service and the sales team to help clients fully utilize and interpret the reported data. - Assist the Lincoln data group in performing locally based data analysis and QC for the Neogen China team.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: BS degree in computing and/or life sciences discipline such as Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Genetics, etc. is preferred. Training in data formatting (i.e. excel) and statistics and/or previous experience with MS SQL, PERL, or R is a plus. A proven history of IT knowledge and capability. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as business plans, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in both languages. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required (speak, read, write). Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with Windows 10, MS Office Products, Antivirus and Malware Protection, BIOS, Firmware, Printer Components, Computer Components, Audio/Visual, Batch files, Scripting, WiFi, LAN connectivity, Firewalls, Active Directory, O365 Productivity, Microsoft Teams. In addition, familiarity with the following is preferred: - Databases : MS SQL (and its tools: Server Manager, Report Builder, Visual Studio / SSIS & SSRS) - Ticketing: Workfront, Jira, Zendesk
