Responsibilities: 1. Expertise in LoRa and LORAWAN networks 2. Experience in working with IoT Gateways / or IoT network infrastructure 3. Preferably experience in working with Smart Meter, AMR solutions Plan, design and implement LORAWAN networks 4. Coordinate and ensure successful implementation and support of applications/network/infrastructure systems; proactively identify and troubleshoot performance issues and functionality gaps in both on-prem and cloud environments 5. Continually adjust systems to optimize network performance and functionality 6. Collect and publish IT metrics and use data to make process improvement recommendations 7. Apply current technology to solve technical problems and ensure performance is optimized 8. Architecting, design and test Wireless devices (Fixed Wireless using LTE core/CBRS spectrum, P2P microwave, WiFi, LORAWAN) 9. Develop and optimize LoRaWAN gateways and cloud servers

Skill and Experience Required: 1. Minimum of 3+ years hands-on design and development experience as a Network Engineer in complex enterprise network environments by evaluating requirements, deploying, and troubleshooting these large enterprise environments 2. Strong foundation in IT network and systems methodology (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support)Experience gathering and documenting business requirements 3. Strong technical, quantitative, and analytical problem-solving skills with ability to translate strategy into action plans 4. Experience in root cause analysis and network performance tuning 5. Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies 6. Knowledge of the following protocols LORA, LORAWAN, LTE core/CBRS spectrum, P2P microwave, WiFi, Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related fields of study or equivalent experience
