ABA4384 Archibat is looking for A HEAD OF DESIGN MANAGEMENT for a reputed HK real estate developer.Position in Dalian. To lead design department, and lead design management and design approvals of various projects.Missions: To work extensively with both overseas and local architects and consultants to ensure the project design concepts, standards, timing and design budget, are in line with companies overall development strategy. To provide supervisory support to design management teams in delivering the desired outcomes in design budget, time and quality.
