Job responsibilities
- Financial Management and Strategy Development: Responsible for developing and implementing the company's international financial strategy and ensuring that financial activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy. This includes monitoring and evaluating the company's financial position, developing financial plans, forecasts and budgets, and providing financial analysis and recommendations for company decisions. - Funds Management: Responsible for the management and operation of international funds, including cross-border fund flows, foreign exchange risk management, and international investment financing. Ensure the safety, compliance and efficient utilization of the company's funds. - Financial Reporting and Compliance: Responsible for preparing and reviewing international financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. This includes financial reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or other relevant accounting standards, as well as communication and coordination with auditors, regulatory bodies, etc. - Tax Planning and Administration: Responsible for international tax planning and administration, ensuring that the company complies with the tax laws and regulations of each country, mitigating tax risks and optimizing the tax structure to reduce tax liabilities. - Risk Management and Internal Control: Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective risk management and internal control system to ensure compliance and security of the company's financial activities. This includes monitoring financial risks, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, and developing risk response strategies. - Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage the international finance team, including recruitment, training, and performance appraisal. Drive the professional development and skill enhancement of the team to ensure efficient team operation. - External cooperation and communication: establish good cooperation with external financial institutions, partners, auditors, tax consultants, etc., and carry out effective communication and coordination in order to maintain the company's financial interests and reputation.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above in international accounting, auditing, finance and other related majors; - More than 5 years of experience in financial management in overseas EU countries, experience in e-commerce is preferred; - Familiar with overseas accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, accounting computerization, relevant laws and regulations; - Proficiency in advanced financial management software and office software; - Excellent overseas financial management, risk avoidance and overall coordination skills; - Good organization and coordination skills, good presentation skills and teamwork spirit.
