1. Create, design and review advertising assets for western game promotion; Closely communicate with marketing colleagues and make sure the design meet the western market and the promotion requirements; 2. Boost advertising creativity and improve the current design, make sure they meet the western market and coming up with solutions to fulfill requirements if necessary; 3. Actively participate in the decision-making process with Disign Director including character setting, KV, landing page, etc. and oversee the necessary adjustments to ensure that the design works meet expectations and more caters to the western users.

1. Working experience in video or print advertising; 2. Be skillful in one or more design software like Photoshop, AE, Illustrattor, Flash, Dreamweaver, 3Dmax, etc. 3. Native or Fluent in English； 4. relevant advertising knowledge and aesthetic sense; 5. Ability to accept critique, willingness to listen and ability for teamwork; 6. Passion for design and a keen interest in mobile game.
