Job responsibilities
General Functional and Responsibilities:  Research, formulate and execute Marketing/Business Plans to secure/maintain current customers, attain competitive edge to win over new customers Play a proactive role in directing and supervising in-house operational staff on Project Management. Direct responsibilities include: project briefing/debriefing, on-site supervision, chairing of project meetings, media communication, planning and project execution, from initiation to final completion. Working in conjunction with clients, suppliers, organizers, consultants and other interested parties Plan and implement PR program, including media arrangement, events execution. Supervise the sales team in developing prospecting techniques, give advice on selling strategy and initiate/supervise in-depth preparation for new clients pitches, negotiations and contractual agreements. Direct and sole responsibility for Company's total Marketing Communication Activities -ie plan, execute and print corporate brochures/leaflets, direct mailers etc; conceptualize, develop and execute A/V productions and PPT presentations for in-house and client presentations Stay abreast of current/market competitive trends relating to the media, exhibition, convention and event management industries Enrich experience in deployment, management, and implement of PR programs, events and activities. Strong communication, organization, management and schedule control abilities to implement many big projects. Keep good relationship with media and government Brand Management1. Develop company branding positioning and branding strategy in European market to achieve business goal. 2. Develop, manage and direct brand research programs to gauge brand share for Company in European market. 3. Control and monitor the profit and loss of the brand. 4. Responsible for all marketing communication activities and serves to support strategic activities related to all business functions. 5. Lead project team i.e. internal department project teams, advertising agency to implement brand plans against set agenda. Work with Training, HR and Sales team to give training course to staff on Marketing function. Build a strong marketing team for Great-China business region.
Job Requirements
Requirements:1. Bachelor's Degree or above in business or marketing-related major. 2. At least 8-10 years marketing work experience in MFG industry. 3. Strong communication skill with internal and external customers. 4. Strong conceptual thinking. 5. Target driven. 6. Foreigh Residence(USA\UK\German etc.European Countries)
