Requirements1. 10+ years of experience as a senior HR executive in multinational corporations, or as a partner/executive-level consultant in an international headhunting firm. 2. A strong professional network at the HRD / senior executive level within Fortune 500 companies. 3. Established connections within regional headquarters of multinational companies. 4. Fluent, near-native English, with Chinese proficiency sufficient for daily professional communication. 5. 15+ years of living or working experience in Europe or North America. 6.
