Job Requirements1. Education & Experience:o Bachelor’s degree or above in Game Design, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.o Minimum 3 years of experience in slots game production, with at least one successfully launched title as a lead producer. 2. Professional Skills:o Deep understanding of slots game core mechanics and mathematical models.o Strong project management and production planning abilities.o Proficiency with at least one major game engine (e.g., Unity, Unreal).o Solid knowledge of data analytics and player behavior psychology. 3. Personal Attributes:o Excellent communication and coordination skills to align multi-disciplinary teams.o Strong creativity and market awareness; keen sense of product and player trends.o Results-driven, resilient, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4.
