Job responsibilities
Job description:
1. Responsible for the operation of global mobile games, creating operation plans and publishing strategies. Be responsible for the revenue of the projects managed.
2. Pay close attention to market trends, competition and changes in user needs.
3. Evaluate and study mobile games worldwide, providing reports of many sorts.
4. Propose changes and optimizations to the project through data analysis.
5. Manage the operation team to ensure the KPI and improve the overall operation level of the team members.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, more than 3 years working experience in mobile game operations.
2. Wide knowledge of game operations, understand operation and publishing strategies and be familiar with overseas market trends.
3. Understand industry trends and market trends. Passionate about the gaming industry. Willing to know everything about mobile gamers.
4. Good organizational and communication skills.
5. Candidates with knowledge of a second language will have preference.
