-Prepare subject material for presentation to students according to an approved curriculum -Teach students using a systematic plan of lectures, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and laboratory, shop and field studies (if applicable) -Evaluate progress, determine individual needs of students and discuss results with parents and school officials -Prepare and implement remedial programs for students requiring extra help -Participate in staff meetings, educational conferences and teacher training workshops -May teach and evaluate students through distance or online courses

*Two separate positions ·Education: Bachelor's (Required) · 3+ years Ontario curriculum grade 9-12 English/Math teaching experience · Familiar with both face-to-face and online teaching setups · Excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with international students · Extensive knowledge of the current grade 9-12 Ontario English/Math curriculum · A commitment to complete a full year is a MUST (teaching consecutive semesters) · Experience with the inspection and supervision required by the Ministry of Education · Ability to develop a course binder including a course outline, unit plans, lesson plans, curriculum tracker, student attendance, various forms of assessment. Applicant with own course binder is required · Have an up-to-date binder ready for teaching Schedule: Expected from Mid-Aug, 2023 Mon-Fri, except all statutory holidays in China, weekend availability (1.5 times payment), daily time schedule TBD and is upon further discussion Salary: ranging CAD 80,000-85,000 annually (based on qualification and experience)/Approximately 400,000.0元 - 425,000.0 RMB per year; accommodation is included; round trip flight for travel is offered
