No experience necessary but military, law enforcement, fire and rescue working experience or shooting training and play Airsoft etc who a plus. Your ability to imitate an existing pose as well as ability to take creative direction for positioning is important. Hours are based on scheduled shoots.  there is one shoot day biweekly or a few shoot days in one week, so flexibility in scheduling is a big plus.
