Experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER NEEDED – French Café & RestaurantF&B professional needed to manage the operations of our Café & Restaurant.Candidate profile: strong F&B background and leadership, outgoing, managerial & hard-working, business and customer focused.Your DUTIES:•Ensure quality customer service at all-times.•Maintain standards for food consistency (production, presentation and delivery).•Manage daily operations and staff, create good workflow.•Ensure compliance to shop opening/closing as well as service procedures.•Maintain consistent shop cleanliness and health & safety standards.•Improve current SOPs (Standard Operating Systems).•Responsible for floor staff recruitment, training, management and dismissal.•Ensure daily cash-ups, run weekly staff meetings, arrange bi-monthly stocktakes.•Communicate efficiently with Assistant Managers, the Chef and the Owners, control costs.Competitive salary offered in return and serious career opportunities in our fast-growing company.Please contact: Julien on 13641618883 or email CV + photo + salary expectation to:(login to view email) IMPORTANT NOTE:Only candidates successful for interview will be contacted.

Our REQUIREMENTS:•Currently has a work permit.•STRONG EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION in the F&B field.•Fluent in English andADVANCED level in MANDARIN.•OUTGOING/caring personality; CUSTOMER-FOCUSED, children friendly.•STRONG LEADERSHIP and MANAGERIAL skills.•HARD WORKING and ambitious individual with ethics.•BUSINESS-FOCUSED, result orientated, good cost-keeper.•Good organisational skills and MULTI-TASKING ability.•Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel.
