Team Management: part-time foreign teacher recruitment and trainingOR1.Assess online teachers’ performance during online demonstration classes in a professional manner to determine whether candidates meet the current standard then record and archive accordingly. 2.Implement training procedures to improve the teaching quality of online teachers and deepen teachers’ understanding of our teaching objectives and various policies. 3.Cooperate with different departments to proofread teaching materials. 4.Continuously optimize existing process standards and communicate with relevant departments in a timely manner. 5.Additional duties may be assigned based on personal preferences, talents, and abilities. 6.Working hour: Monday to Friday 13:00-21:00

Job Requirements:1.Native English speaker 2.Bachelor’s degree or above. 3.TESOL or TEFL certificate is preferred. 4.At least 2 years' online ESL teaching experience with K-12 students, Or at least 2 years' online training/mentoring experience for ESL teachers. 5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, goal-oriented, and genuine attitude. 7.Proficient use of a computer and application software (Word, Excel, 8.PowerPoint, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Mac OSX, Windows).
