About the Role We are seeking an experienced English teacher to deliver high-quality, one-on-one literature instruction to ABC students and international middle/high-school students studying in the U.S. This role requires strong subject expertise, flexible pedagogy, and the ability to design individualized learning plans. Responsibilities • Teach English literature to U.S. middle and high school students (ABC students or U.S.-based international students) • Develop personalized lesson plans based on each student’s needs and learning trajectory • Teach using selected novels and literature provided by the company, or choose texts you are confident with • Ensure strong instructional quality in every session • Conduct periodic assessments to monitor student progress • Maintain timely communication with academic leads regarding student performance and learning needs • Continuously improve teaching methods and subject knowledge • Collaborate with the team and complete tasks assigned by the academic supervisor • Proficiently use Zoom and maintain professional online-teaching standards

Requirements Native English speaker from UK/USA/Canada Bachelor’s degree or higher (top-tier university graduates preferred) • 2+ years of English literature teaching experience • Strong foundation in English literary analysis and writing instruction • Passion for education; responsible, proactive, and student-centered • Clear logical thinking; engaging teaching style; friendly and energetic personality • Excellent communication skills with both students and parents • Able to inspire interest and motivation in students • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom and other digital teaching tools
