Responsibilities: - As a bridge for internal and external communication, maintain close contact with the company (such as production, technology, quality departments) and the Malaysian factory to ensure accurate communication of needs and instructions; - Formulate and regularly report key operational objectives and performance of the Malaysian outsourcing factory. - Assist in resolving issues related to production line audits and certifications for domestic and foreign customers. - According to the company's order requirements, formulate outsourcing production plans and reasonably allocate production tasks; - Adjust production arrangements to respond to order changes and ensure that production progress is synchronized with company needs; - Track the introduction and production progress of outsourcing new products to ensure that production tasks are completed on time; - Monitor product quality, implement quality standards, handle quality problems in production, and ensure that products meet established standards; - Ensure the implementation of various quality measures and verify the effects; - Timely discover and solve problems in the production process, including capacity bottlenecks, material shortages, technical difficulties, production delays, etc; - Provide training and support for lean production to ensure the continuous improvement of lean production in the Malaysian factory; - Regularly provide shutdown performance reports and report the status of outsourcing production to the company's senior management; - Analyze production data, make improvement suggestions, and optimize production processes; - Reduce outsourcing costs and improve cost-effectiveness through effective management and negotiation; - Participate in the formulation and management of outsourcing contracts to ensure the implementation of contract terms;

Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering or mechatronics or other related majors; - Strong in planning, organization, communication, coordination and teamwork skills; - Proficient in Chinese, English and Malay; - More than 5 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry and contract factory management experience; - Familiar with the production process of optical modules; - Active, positive and careful in work; - Immediate available is highly advantage.
