Strong knowledge of supply chain dynamics, cost structures, and vertical integration opportunities. - Experience in VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) activities, failure analysis, and implementing corrective actions for field returns. A track record of collaborating with Tier II suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire global teams.
