1. Responsible for the organization and implementation of the company's design tasks, and rational planning and allocation of the design tasks; 2. Responsible for providing professional design guidance in the design process, controlling the quality of design work, and reviewing the realization of various professional design results; 3. Responsible for the project design of the company's important projects, able to accurately explain the design concept to customers and ensure the accurate expression of the design intention; 4. Responsible for project function realization, visual effect, project operation effect, project implementation feasibility and project sustainable development; 5. Follow up the whole process from design scheme to construction, grasp the progress, effect and quality, and be responsible for tracking the whole project to guide the completion and acceptance; 6. Actively assisted and solved problems arising from the project process, provided effective and reasonable solutions and provided timely feedback; 7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. English, German, Japanese, Korean and other native languages 3. Over 5 years' experience in software and hardware development of automotive electronic products or chips, with good technical accumulation. 4. Willing to communicate, good at communication and continuous learning;Mining customer needs and developing corresponding strategies to meet customer needs. 5. Experience in Tier 1 manufacturer is preferred.
