Job Title- Dealer Development ManagerSupervisor: Director of Geographic & Dealer DevelopmentResponsibilities: Develop dealers: search, evaluate potential dealers. Propose the evaluation report for management’s decision making. Manage dealers: make the policies and procedures, and monitor the implementations; set the goals and evaluation criteria; evaluate dealers’ performance. Organize the proper coaching and training to dealers. Ensure the smooth communication between dealers and key accounts. Manage the conflicts between dealers. Collect the proper information and feedbacks from channels and dealers, and report to the management team. Support communication between dealers and internal functions such as sales, after-sales and finance.

Requirement: Bachelor degree. Age Limit: (30-35) years, (8-10) years working experience with 5 years in managerial level. Normal English skill. Good English is preferred. Solid sales experience. Experience in dealer/distributor management. Experience in the forklift truck industry, manufacturing industry or industrial industry. Any experience in the industry related to industrial floor cleaner or aerial platform (should be international companies) can also be preferred. Good communication skill.
