Leading team to finish design work and make sure the creative can achieve ensure According to budget 5. In charge of creative design and executive, managing daily work and project implementation. 6. Work hand in hand with the team to develop strong conceptual campaigns; 7. Responsible for executing work schedule and performance objective of design and executive team to ensure accomplishment on time. 8. To ensure success of the project, in charge of maintenance customer relations and efficient communication to improve whole department work efficiency. 9. Responsible for design of quality and all of project must accomplished base on reasonable cost and budget plan. 10. Help team to complete annual performance target. 11. To carry out effective methods of team management and training team member to step forward and reached advanced level of international levels.

Knowledge, Skill, Abilities: 1. Strong creative ability and deep understanding on event, visual design, interactive design. 2. Expert creative and design skills as they apply to typography, color, layout/composition, perspective and imagery 3. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Max and AutoCAD etc design software. 4. Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus while providing and accepting constructive criticism 5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once under simultaneous deadlines 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 7. Above 8 years working experience, above Bachelor's degree in design or related Stage art design, digital Media and Art. 8. International event or exhibition working experience.
