Responsibilities : 职责1) To prepare quotations, variation claims, bill of materials, project budget and managing customer enquiries.准备报价单，变动的请求，材料清单，项目预算以及管理客户询价。2) To handle the tendering process in terms of sourcing for quotations on materials used, operation methods and price of materials in the market.依据采购材料报价,操作方法和材料的市场价格进行投标管理。3) To prepare and tabulate overall project budget.准备并列表展示整体项目预算。

Requirements :要求1) Degree / Degree in QS/ Building engineering or equivalent.学位/QS 学历/建筑工程或相关专业。2) At least 3 years of relevant working experience from store fixtures industry.至少3年及以上的相关展示架工作经验。3) An analytical mind and meticulous nature良好的分析能力和谨慎的态度。4) Good interpersonal and communication skills良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。5) Able to work independently with minimum supervision.能够独立作业。6) Applicants must be willing to work in Singapore.申请人必须愿意在新加坡工作。
