1. Able to be independently responsible for the company overall Colors, Materials, Finishing (CMF) strategy and create the innovation plan of company future products.; 2. Able to deeply understand and follow up the whole production process; 3. Able to have good and sufficient communications with the multidisciplinary teams and vendors to find the best possible solution/s against all limitations.

1. 8+ years relevant work experience in consumer electronics industry (mobile phone industry experience is a plus); 2. Familiar with all kinds of CMF production process and mass manufacturing process; 3. Have an in-depth understanding of Industrial Design and CMF; 4. .Strong teamwork and communication skills. 5. Good communication skill and Good storyteller in both English and Chinese
