Job Responsibilities<br/><br/>1. Formulate a semester teaching plan, determine the teaching purpose, content, progress and class time allocation of Chinese subjects;<br/>2. Implement classroom teaching procedures according to the IB/PYP teaching framework and teaching methods, concentrate on lectures and practice, have gradients in classroom teaching, carefully prepare lessons and produce courseware;<br/>3. Responsible for the selection of homework, timely correction of all homework;<br/>4. Responsible for the research and development of language program courses, participate in relevant teaching and research training activities on time, complete teacher training, and improve teaching ability;<br/>5. Regularly track and evaluate students' language learning, including formative and summative assessments;<br/>6. Have experience in class management, communicate with parents on a regular basis, and give feedback on students' learning progress and effectiveness;<br/>7. Complete the requirements of the teaching objectives set by the school.

Job Requirements:<br/><br/>1. Bachelor's degree or above from a normal college, with a major background in Chinese language and literature;<br/>2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience;<br/>3. Have a junior high school Chinese teacher qualification certificate, strong bilingual ability, and be able to teach bilingual fluently;<br/>4. Able to use computers and modern multimedia teaching methods; Excellent oral and written communication skills, standard and neat board writing;<br/>5. Professional knowledge training in education, teaching and psychology; <br/>6. Love education, love students, and be a role model.
