Our mother brand was established in 1999 in Shanghai, which marked our company beginning in the industry. Together with the rapid growth of China, our 50-acre food factory was born in 2003 in Qingpu Shanghai, along with our other brands throughout the years. We have developed our own supply chain, ERP, integrated product research and development, cost evaluation, processing and production, collection and distribution and other major food and catering ecological industry chain. The first Fook Luk House was established in 2018 in Shanghai, where it marked the brand beginning. The first store was located in the heart of Shanghai at the Huangpu and second store in New pudong district, follow by our higher brand “Atelier de Fook” that is located in Jing’an Shanghai. Our founder grew up with strong passion and appreciation for food. He believe that every taste, smell and touch always reminds us of a special events in our life, where he calls it “Memory”. With the base of Traditional Cantonese Cuisine philosophy of true ingredients, together with his personal memories and experience through time, he created a brand that is unique and only, as our dishes is created from “his” understanding of Cantonese Cuisine. We work in different types of restaurant models, worked with various airports, airlines and brands, providing our specialty in the field and we continue to developed and venture in today markets and need.
