• Perform verification and validation of energy storage system to meet operating performance, safety requirements, and functionality • Troubleshoot issues with hardware and software integration • Evaluate, calculate and improve project efficiency by overseeing onsite activities, future product optimization • Use 8D problem solving techniques to report and resolve technical engineering issues • Knowledge of CAN logs, protocol and structural data analysis • Cross-departmental collaboration and communication among BMS, quality assurance, design team and resource integration • Coordinate activities concerned with technical development, scheduling, and resolving engineering assembly issues. Supports and organizes customer meetings as needed
