(1 year 2 months) Ø Be responsible for the whole recruitment process; Ø Support employee resign process and do resign talk with employees; Ø Regarding to Dutch labor law and company policy to handle daily employee problems; Ø Lead and organize team building activities and schedule online events under covid-19 situation; Ø Identify employee needs and pay attention to both physical and mental health of employees

Ø Identify current recruiting process pain point by conducting interviews with manager, recruiter and IT team members; Ø Generate idea to shorten the recruitment process, as well as organize and coordinate One-day hire event; Ø Lead a team of six to present Chinese culture at KLM Cultural Culinary day and organize cultural events; Ø Use both internal approach (company website; referral) and external approach (agency) to source talents. Ø Coordinate other recruitment related activities, such as new employee orientation.
