CPP (cost per parcel) has been effectively controlled, and the cost data in 2023 has effectively dropped to 3.06 rmb/order (refer to the cost data in 2022 to be 3.25 rmb/order) CPP(每包裹成本)得到有效控制，2023年成本数据有效下降至3.06元/单（参考2022年成本数据为3.25元/单） 2. Receiving section of dresses is optimized, time wages are changed to piece-rate wages, saving labor costs by 18,270.54 yuan; the efficiency is greatly improved (original 350 pieces/hour increased to 420 pieces/hour) 工单收货优化，计时工资改计件工资，节约人力成本18270.54元，效率得到较大提升（原350件/时提高到420件/时） • Quality management质量管理: 1. Zhongshan warehouse’s annual inventory accuracy is 100%(December inventory results) 中山仓年度库存准确率100%（12月盘点结果） 2. Suzhou warehouse inventory accuracy increased from 94.94% to 99.45% (December inventory results after 3 weeks of optimization) 苏州仓库存准确率从94.94%提升到99.45%（经3周时间整改后，12月盘点结果）
