  Key Responsibilities: Ensure prompt and regular submission of main contract Interim payment application along with all supporting documents and negotiation with consultant to get timely certification. Preparing the Measurement sheet/ Backups documents for IPA based on Method of measurement in line with approved shop drawing and As-Built drawings for Re-Measurable contract works. Preparation of Statement at completion and Final Account along with supporting documents. Advice and discuss with project manager and contract manager on cost implication of variations. Estimate for extra works, preparation of variation, negotiating and follow-up variations with consultant. Unit rate analysis and new rate build-up for new items which is not in the contract. Maintaining a variation log that tracks the current status of all variations, substantiation, negotiation and agreement of variations with the client/ consultant. Attend monthly site meetings and internal site meetings. Certification of sub-contractor payment application. Negotiating with suppliers/sub-contractor, finalizing the quantity & preparing the final account. Assisting Contracts/ Planning Manager by providing complete backup and information required to claim Extension of Time. Review of day-to-day contractual correspondences from consultants and contractors and preparing responses for relevant matters and variations in coordination with the Contracts Manager. Preliminary Quantity Take Off. Conduct various correspondence for clarifications / queries prior to bidding and to maintain sufficient backup for further justification. Follow up with suppliers / subcontractors to ensure that their quotation must receive prior to date of deadline. Prepare comparison cost analysis sheet of subcontractors offers available from the correspondence and submit to estimator for proper evaluation and selection. Review subcontractors’, suppliers’ proposals and choose the best subcontractor based on their performance evaluation done by project in coordination with purchasing. Issue the variation order to subcontractors, review, negotiate & settle sub-contractor’s variations. Monitoring and forecasting the project cost to complete. Reviewing subcontractors Variations, evaluation and issuance of the variations Orders.
