2016 - May 2019 (3 years) Carry out new projects such as formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation. Meet clients and support for sale in technical issues. Establish and update related work instructions, including analysis method, specification and documents of all projects and samples status on time. Conduct and monitor the preparation of sample and to determine the process specifications predetermined in the lab. Improve and revise existing product formulations and process if necessary to optimize productivity and cost. Achievements: Complete new products related to nut pastes and fat powders.
