(2 years 5 months) - Receive blue prints, measure, design, and price new subdivisions - Draw PDF's of floorplans for all standard houses for new subdivision as well as all upgrade options, and optional areas - Order cabinetry for sold or spec homes for builders - Design, draw, and price most VIP or custom/ retail projects with cabinets including drawing PDF's for the salesperson to sell to the prospective buyer - Make simple Excel spreadsheets for introduction to new builders or new cabinet lines for existing builders - Help provide presentation information to sell new lines of cabinetry to existing builders or offer our products to prospective, new builders - Help solve problems in the field due to faulty cabinetry, cabinetry ordered incorrectly, etc to help save time and/ or money for the builder as well as ISI - Attend meetings to present to prospective builders or introducing existing builders to new cabinet lines - Involved in presenting Product Knowledge classes and/ or tutorials to increase our designers' knowledge base to decrease mistakes in selling and/ or increase upgrade sales

(1 year 4 months) - Field measure, design and sell residential remodeling jobs from cabinetry, countertops, to flooring. - Manage project from measure to installation by ordering all products, scheduling sub contractors and accepting payment.

- Conduct successful real estate, notary signings for new homes, refinances and debt consolidation while adhering to laws and regulations from the federal, state and local government.
