Additionally organizing trainings for current and potential trainings in field and offices.

Tegnatia is an EPC Contractor for medium-large scale solar power plant projects. Delivered turn-key solutions in 46 various locations in total 293MWp. Has a significant market share and is recognized by international investors. I am responsible for planning and managing operation and maintenance works of EPC to fulfill technical requirements by performing successful management operations, moreover supporting technical design team and field engineers to execute Solar Plants construction. Additionally supporting purchase and sales teams in terms of material selection.

SMA Solar Technology AG is a German solar energy equipment supplier founded in 1981 and headquartered in Niestetal, Northern Hesse, Germany. SMA is a producer and manufacturer of solar inverters for photovoltaics systems with grid connection, off-grid power supply and backup operation. I was responsible commissioning of newly installed SMA inverters in solar plants all around Turkey. Additionally, following SMA inverter installed solar plants, solving inverter related technical issues by phone calls or site visits, communicating and supporting customers.
