For this purpose, I dealt with everything related to adapting the squad, building a seasonal budget, annual planning, and setting goals for the club. To my delight, we remained in the Premier League, promoted players from the club to a status where they are legitimate in the league, and we are moving forward with a positive outlook. 2018-2020 Guided the woman 2nd division team to the semifinals. Conducted comprehensive scouting of opponents and devised game plans accordingly. Implemented training programs to enhance individual skills and team cohesion.
