Pushing the contractor to close the open WIR, MIR, and site observation by taking corrective action. • Drawing review and advice RA/ PM on the constructability. • Meet with the Client and contractor where required and attend site visits to clarify ambiguities and queries to facilitate a smooth construction process. • Provide directions to the site construction supervision team on plans, procedures, and priorities so efforts of Construction. • Resolve any technical problem faced during the project construction stages.
