Create the autonomy of the teams by developing their multiskilling as regards production, maintenance, communication and safety. Coach and animate the industrial resources of sites to share targets, actions, standarts and good practices. Monitor and manage the people efficiency, continuous improvement process and product. Perform periodic appraisals to recognize good performance, identify training needs and initiate corrective action plans. Understand product specification and customer related requirement. Improve production line performance on quality/efficiency/ergonomics/safety. Define the product & process families and participate to the value stream analysis deployment related to the Product Group. Contribute to the lean manufacturing workshops and challenge the industrial key performance indicators and audit scores of the sites related to the product group. Manage supplier relationships; achieve quality and timeliness of deliveries; negotiate logistics parameters. Set and validate with management the targets for inventory, service rate, logistics costs.

6 years 9 months (1 year 1 month) Making the long term demands and planning of requirements based on procurement parts (castings facings) Analyzing risks and taking actions to avoid Managing transport operations together with forwarders and suppliers (door todoor) Giving informations to purchasing department about all kind of risks during transport operation to be able to make most efficient transport contract with the forwarders Managing warehouse acceptance.

(5 years 9 months) Making short and long term capacity plannings for press and heat treatment production lines Making alerts for all kind of blocking points if there is risky conditions will occure as line stoppages Preparing weekly production and employee capacity files Presenting the capacity files to production and logistic teams with short and long term forecasts

(2 years 4 months) * Creating images that process by machines with metalix software at the international or domestic fairs * Responsible to give technical support and detailed technical information about Laser Cutting Machines , Plasma Cutting Machines, Turret Punching Presses to all of the customers comes from foreign countries * Put into use all series of the Turret Punch Machines at international or domestic fairs * The chief of the production plant of the Turret Punch Presses
