Liaison with insurance companies for patient treatment pre-approval, prepare required documents, claim submission and follow-up for claim settlement and insurance reimbursement where necessary. Also, monitor disbursement of payments to related surgeons and departments. Assign work to various staff members and monitor staff performance. Human resources management, such as recruiting, training, and supervising staff, managing employee benefits, labour relations, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist with recruitment, on-boarding and training. Prepare the employee files, get degrees verification from related Gov’t departments. Monitor screening process of potential candidates, include reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, checking references and searching for candidates online. After determining a successful candidate, give them orientation of hiring, facility visit, job responsibilities, any probation periods and targets or goals.
