Oversee daily 3PL warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping). Manage high-volume order fulfillment for e-commerce clients. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and clients. Manage inventory control and stock accuracy. Maintain accurate inventory in WMS Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency. Hire, train and supervise warehouse staff and supervisors. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or discipline when necessary. Schedule shifts and manage labor productivity. Ensure employees follow safety procedures and company policies. Communicate with 3PL clients regarding inventory orders and issues. Prepare shipments for Amazon Vendor Central orders and FBA. Ensure compliance with Amazon Vendor requirements including ASN creation, routing requests, pallet configuration, labeling and carton compliance. Coordinate last-mile delivery operations with Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Handle oversized and heavy freight shipments through Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) network. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards. Implement procedures for safe handling, storage, and transportation of goods.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees. Overseeing receiving, handling, storage, product rotation, picking and shipping. Proficient in WMS SAP for warehouse operations. Assign duties and set monthly goals for individual staff. Plans inbound and outbound daily shipments. Familiar with Amazon shipments (FBA, AMZX, AMXL , AMZL) Assures that customer orders are picked and shipped timely, accurately. Conduct cycle counts and physical counts to maintain accurate inventories. Unload and load trucks in timely manner. Purchasing and sourcing - Pallets , Packaging materials , Propane, Equipment. Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. Design warehouse floor plan ensuring space is maximized for storage. Manage customer back order and late shipment reports to eliminate delays. Handling returned/damaged good - Receive, inspect, record and refurbish. Coordinate with departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations. Assures warehouse is organized and clean at all times.
