  Tough it's called "Sales Representative", this was a role I had experience in a lot of areas which enabled me to see the bigger picture of how things work, rather than a single aspect of the line of work we were doing. As a sales representative, I was constantly answering emails, calls from customers, translating their request from Turkish to English both verbally and in written so that technical people working in our department could understand our customer's requests correctly.
