  I joined Riello UPS in March 2001 as Electronic Technician in Charge of Production Test of UPS. After four year i moved to the Reparation Laboratory, doing trouble shooting and repairing PCB Board, rejected by the Production or returned back from the field. The laboratory was also in charge to give quality feedback and suggestion for future improvements, being directly connected with the Research and Development department. Joined, since July 2007 until February 2009, to the R&D (Research anddevelopment ) Team. My tasks were divided between laboratory and office. Laboratory, realizing and testing prototypes of new Machine Office, realizing User Manuals, Instructions Manuals for UPS production, Drawings with autocad 2D/3D and Reports of all the test done on new Prototype
