Summary

I am eager to embark on this journey! I have always wanted to visit or even live in China due to its rich culture and highly impressive ethics and morals. It was a plan that I kept postponing due to many limitations that I kept hearing about from people surrounding me. I am fully aware "non-natives" (Although my english level is Native level) usually face difficulties applying for work visa and offers in China but I would love to ensure you that I am willing to do what it takes to prove my worth and ability to fullfill tasks and be up to meet you expectations, perhaps even exceed them. I would be able to work wonderfully amongst teams while also being independant enough to get a job done on my own when it's required, I bond with people of different ages but especially children, I am a smart worker, competitive and driven to always step it up a notch. I have several friends who already teach in China and I have been told that it would be indeed the place where I actually belong. I have all my documents set out and ready, what remains is a convenient job offer for me to finalize the process.

Although I graduated as a Mathematics student in high school, I pursued an English Major because I grew up in a bilingual household, and English seemed like the easiest option for me. Little did I know, this field made me fall in love with the language once I was introduced to Literature, poetry, phonetics, critical thinking... which went beyond the basic vocabulary of native speakers. There was a certain beauty to it and it was quite eye-opening, introducing me to several aspects of life and making me look at life through a different lens that no other language was able to provide me with. This experience made me wonder what else I could learn if I actually learned new languages! Hence, I started investing in Spanish and picked up an interest in Mandarin. The Chinese language felt so mysterious, and unfortunately, there were little to no proficient tutors. Therefore, it's a huge part of why I chose China as a destination to live and work in.
