Secure the preparation of letters and other documentation that is necessary; organize and execute administrative tasks to support service activities; carry out activities inherent to management documentation including reception, classification, dispatch and file filing; perform tasks support to allow the normal functioning of services; responsibility at the level of coordination and planning of sporting activities, as well as other events and sports projects developed for the benefit of the community; carrying out activities previously outlined, logistical support for educational and sporting projects and customer service; support in the planning, preparation, organization and control of sporting activities; design and implementation of sports development projects; project development and actions at the level of intervention in communities, in accordance with the development project sporty; collects, examines and checks elements contained in the processes, noting faults or anomalies and providing for their correction and progress, through letters, information or notes, in accordance with existing legislation.
