Februari 2025 - Mei 2025 (4 bulan) - Conduct end-to-end recruitment and headhunting processes for clients in various industries, particularly Mandarin-speaking roles. - Coordinate closely with clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and cultural fit. - Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals. - Create and post effective job advertisements to attract top talent. - Arrange and conduct initial candidate assessments, including Mandarin language evaluation if required. - Present shortlisted candidates to clients and assist with interview scheduling and follow-ups. - Support offer negotiation and onboarding coordination between clients and selected candidates. - Maintain and update the recruitment database, and generate regular progress reports.
