Summary
I hold a Master’s degree in Wine Brewing and Alcohol Technology, where I
worked with different types of wines during my academics, including
production and detailed analytical work. As part of my training, I conducted
wine analysis covering physicochemical parameters, sensory evaluation, and
quality control.
Prior to this, I completed an internship at Grover Zampa Vineyards, India, where
I worked in both the laboratory and the cellar. My responsibilities included wine
analysis, cellar operations, hygiene maintenance, and assisting in routine
winemaking processes.
I also completed an internship in the USA, where I worked as a Lab Technician
and supported cellar operations. My work involved performing wine analysis
such as pH, °Brix, and sensory evaluation, along with other essential quality
analyses required for winemaking & maintaining strict hygiene standards,
cleaning and sanitation of cellar equipment, and
Additionally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, which provides me
with a strong scientific foundation in fermentation, microbiology, and analytical
techniques. This combined academic and hands-on experience has
strengthened my understanding of commercial winemaking and quality
assurance.
