(14 years 8 months) Main responsabilities: • In collaboration with the marketing team–Ihave to define and reach the sales targets for Telecom handset devices, such as Smartphones, Tablets, Feature Phones. • Quarterly defining volumes, relevant turnover and eventual contributions to support my customer’s commercial proposals on a win-win perspective. • Full responsibility of goods delivery, through our Global Supply Chain Management Tool, keeping in mind all the KPIs from forecast accuracy to order planning. • Defining co- marketing activities to support sales efficiently, like: - Dedicated TV Campaigns, developed through the years to communicate our flagship products (mainly in case of new products launches) and our customer commercial proposal. - PoS presence: I’ve been negotiating and contracting a Trade Market Visibility Project between Samsung and H3G which allows us to have a 280’s panel of preferred shops with our brand put in strong evidence compared to other vendors. - Convention Presence: Samsung have been supporting all the annual H3G conventions to present new canvass to their dealers and I’ve been personally holding institutional speeches in front of several hundreds of guests to enhance and strengthen our partnership with them. - Web visibility (Banners, product descriptions, special promotions) • Supervising the training process organization. • Occasionally staying closer to the field to get acknowledgment of the “real market” and strengthen links with the main H3G dealers and partners.
