Summary

I am an English language teacher and researcher passionate about creating engaging, learner-centered educational experiences. My work combines communicative language teaching with emerging technologies, particularly generative AI, to make language learning more interactive, meaningful, and accessible. With experience teaching learners of different ages and proficiency levels, I design lessons that foster communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and learner autonomy. I have conducted my first research on the role of AI in language education, exploring how tools such as ChatGPT can support language development through interactive storytelling, meaningful interaction, and scaffolded learning from a sociocultural perspective. I presented this research at the Future of Education International Conference in Florence, Italy, and my work has been published in the conference proceedings. I am passionate about bridging research and classroom practice, helping educators integrate innovative approaches while maintaining a strong pedagogical foundation. I am always eager to connect with educators, researchers, and professionals interested in English language teaching, educational technology, AI in education, teacher development, and international collaboration.
