Summary

I devoted my last 10 years teaching high school, children and adult students. Using instructional design and learning theories, I developed entire learning experiences, workshops, virtual classes, newsletters and magazines as blended solutions to enhance participants’ competencies and leadership skills. I created and converted teaching material into compellent content by using innovative layouts or formats to be fairly evaluated in their effectiveness throughout their final assessment. Working on a miscellaneous of LMS platforms helped me to become more flexible and proficient in using many e-learning tools. I see teaching & training as providing direct qualitative and timely support, adapting methodologies to meet the expected learning outcomes. Over these years working in schools, I have acquired a thorough understanding of different school information and learning systems.
