    Lyka Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia Lyka is a social media platform set up by Things I Like Company Ltd. Founded by Ryan Baird, the Hong Kong-based company was founded in July 2018. Lyka was launched in Southeast Asia in 2019. Users of the application sign up for the platform and earn GEMs through use of the app, such as by posting entries on it, sharing content, or max rating (the equivalent of liking) other people’s content. They can then spend these GEMs at partner establishments. Lyka has launched in Philippines and took the users by storm. It gained popularity among celebrities and regular users. Job Description : Overall, in-charge in the marketing/implementation of the Lyka application and office/staff administration within the country of jurisdiction. Accountable to the P&L of the country, merchant tie-ups and relations and achievement of target user base, also creates and executes strategic and tactical plans for the country to achieve target results. Coordinates with the different departments/functions within the corporate office in relation to the promotion, use and maintenance of the application in relation to the set policies and guidelines specifically IT/Development, Customer Experience, E-commerce, GEM Sales, Marketing and Training.
