With over 10 years working experiences in asset management system and computerized maintenance management system, my responsibilities/experiences are as follows:• Project implementation includes budget estimation, staff hiring and screening, timeline planning, accommodation and transportation planning, discussion and liaison with customer to grant/allocate permission to access and any other related project requirements, manage resources, task delegation and allocation, team meeting to understand the goal.• Manage resources and time allocation inclusive of task assignment, project goal and to accomplish the task/project in the planned project timeline.• Communicate with customers to fully understand customers’ requirements and provide solution and professional consultation to customers to achieve customers’ requirement.• Software implementation which includes project meeting, data transfer/data configuration, system and reports customization, system installation, user acceptance test, user/administrator training, system trial run, project documentations, post mortem meeting and user sign-off and acceptance meeting.• Led the project team of subordinate during project implementation and project management. • Work closely with the team members on problem resolution during project implementation.• Experienced in product training for different type of industry such as bank, hospital, manufacturer, and other industry to different level of people like management, executives and technicians.• Experienced in implementing the application software from manual system to computerized system.• Assist sales personnel on pre-sales meeting and product presentation and demonstration.• Post-implementation on site and on call support
